Product: HP Z4 G4 Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hi, we are trying to add a Samsung 2TB drive to a Z4 workstation but it wont boot when connected just gets stuck on the log and spinning circle? if we connect a 500gb drive it boots up fine?

 

Any ideas would be appreciated, have checked bios but cant see anything obvious
