Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Envy Product #Z5M38AA with 12.0 GB SDRM memory. I want to add more memory. It's a 64-bit operating system. How much more memory can I add and can the system handle more?

According to the product specs, your PC can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 memory.

HP ENVY Desktop - 750-514 PC Product Specifications | HP® Support

However, the PC should support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-2400 memory if you want to go to 32 GB.

The Crucial memory report for your PC also indicates this to be possible:

HP - Compaq ENVY 750-514 | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com

This is a PC and not a notebook. Does your info change?
