Hello

I want to upgrade my ram.

I have 2gb preinstalled ram I want to add another 2gb ram to the other slot

But I unable to get the ram matches with my preinstalled one. My ram is from Micron So I tried searching for ram in micron and crucial website but they are not delivering it my region.

So my question  is that if I take out that preinstalled ram and add hynix 4gb (2gb×2) rams to the slot will it work. I have given the specs those rams below

So I request you to please check tell me whether it will work or not.

According to your PC's memory upgrade info it should work fine.

So is it okay to remove the preinstalled one and use those rams

Do I have to change the settings in order to use those rams

No settings need changing. The new memory and settings will be recognized by SPD and will set it up for you.

You can check the hardware profile after you restart to make sure your PC is showing the upgrade if you like.
