I am encountering a frustrating problem with my laptop, specifically related to activating the advanced BIOS settings. These advanced BIOS settings are essential for optimizing system performance, configuring hardware components, and enabling various features. Unfortunately, I have been unable to access and modify these settings, despite my best efforts.
Limited Access: When I access the BIOS settings by pressing the designated key during startup (usually Del, F2, or another key depending on the laptop model), I can only see basic options. There is no option to access advanced settings or features that are typically available on most laptops.
No Clear Option to Enable Advanced Settings: I have scoured the laptop's user manual and searched online for solutions, but I have found no clear instructions on how to enable the advanced BIOS settings.
Potential Impact: The inability to access and modify advanced BIOS settings limits my ability to optimize the laptop's performance and make necessary hardware configurations. This issue also prevents me from enabling features that may enhance the functionality of my laptop.

You did not mention your system. Rarely, HP does release XMP feature for BIOS and on occasion a later version of the BIOS might be missing that feature.
Try one of the following depending on your system
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/17881/intel-extreme-tuning-utility-intel-xtu.html
https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/ryzen-master
Note, Lucifer, that using the overclocking tools can run your system as hot as H E L L
