Hi. I own a HP Pavilion x360 14-cd1037tx. I have a 4gb RAM 2400 mhz already installed. I added an 8gb RAM 3200 mhz but speed still shows 2400 x2. I have tried to access the advanced settings in bios but could not find one. Any ideas? Thanks

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Your HP Pavilion x360 14-cd1037tx can be fitted with up to 2x16GB of DDR4 PC4-19200, 2400 MHz, Non-ECC, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks, as indicated here: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp-compaq/pavilion-x360-14-cd1037tx.
This actual HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd1xxx User with an i5-8265U processor, shows this: 2x16GB (Samsung M471A2K43CB1-CRC) RAM running at 2400 MHz: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/49196151.
The fastest any RAM will run in your laptop is 2400 MHz. Your laptop doesn't have a BIOS tool to manipulate RAM speed.
Kind Regards,
