Advice req to choose ssd.

Hi To All, I am a complete novice and have a HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF can I install Samsung 980 NVMe™ M.2 SSD 500GB instead of standard ssd. I don't do any heavy gaming or graphic work. I just like a fastish pc for streaming football, films etc and normal pc work. These are on offer direct from Samsung. I am also thinking of improving graphics if poss, nothing fancy. That drive should work just fine in your PC.

I have the same model Samsung 980 Pro in my HP 800 G3 Desktop MIni PC.

Page 6 of the HP 800 G4 Quickspecs has the list of supported graphics cards offered in the model series by form factor.

The AMD RX550 would probably be a good option and they are not overly expensive.

Make sure you get one that comes with the low profile mounting bracket.
