I've recently bought two ram sticks, both of them are (KVR13N9S8/4) Kingston sticks
I've slotted them correctly and cleared the CMOS. But it's still boot looping! I've also tried reslotting them, didn't work. Is it even compatible with my motherboard? My mother is the MS-7613 (Iona-GL8E)
The picture is the rams I bought new.

The specs look fine to me, but sometimes even though the specs match, memory may still not be compatible. It can be tough when HP does not give any specific part numbers that work.
Did you try booting the PC with one stick only? If one boots and another does not, you may have a bad stick.
Kingston has a Memory Search function. You may be able to determine compatibility there. I found one HP PC that used the same motherboard and the part number of the RAM you purchased did not come up in the list of results there. You might do your own search with the actual model of your PC.
