There is all USB port are not working, I have checked same I/O Device with another System, there all are working.

Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.
Test a few USB devices.  If the usb reports an error then  Click here to check warranty

If no failure then windows drivers or file corruption could be the problem.
