All-in-One 22-c0010 I want to ad an M.2 1tb samsung ssd

from the Schematic I am getting of the MOTHERTBOARD
it shows an M.2 SLOT.
CAN I USE IT?
I want to switch the hhd for an m.2 1tb stick ssd samsung evo

AMD A4-9125,
4GB DDR4,
1TB 7200RPM SATA, hdd
AMD Radeon R3,
21.5in FHD 1920 x 1080,

Its motherboard has following expansion slots
- One M.2 socket 1, 2230 type for WLAN
- One M.2 socket 3, 2280 type for SSD
- One customized M.2 slot for dGPU board, key M
The M.2 slot in red above supports M.2 SATA SSD drive.

Has anyone managed to go from the HDD to the M.2 as a total replacement for the operating system drive on this board? and if so any links to how to do it?
what do I have to do with the BIOS?
