Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would to upgrade the ram of my pc, adding another 8 GB di SDRAM DDR4-2400.

PC specifications here:

https://support.hp.com/it-it/document/c06153202

Questions:

- Is it possible?

- Is it possible to do it on my own? (Is there a videoguide available)

- I would need the exact specifications to buy the correct bank.

Thank you

Questions:

- Is it possible to do it on my own? (Is there a videoguide available.)  This depends how comfortable you are with working on computers.  The most difficult part of upgrading the memory in your computer is opening the case.   Here is a video that should help you:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQVZac2h_U8

- I would need the exact specifications to buy the correct bank.  Here is a the memory that Crucial Memory recommends for your computer:  https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP-Compaq/hp-24-f0018ns-all-in-one

You will have to contact their Tech Support to assure that one of their 8 GB memory modules will be compatible with the existing memory from HP.  You can install CPU-Z to see what the brand is of the existing memory.  This information will be in "SPD" tab.

Thank you  You are welcome!
