HP All-in-One 24-f0047na

Accidental damage to my touch screen and in search of a replacement/repair. Any advice how to go about this?

I looked up 24-F0047na here and found product ID 8XL41EA  Please verify this is actually the ID for your siystem

There are 5 displays listed.  4 seem to be only non-touch the other does not seem to be touch either. Likely the touch panels is not in stock or the Product ID is wrong.  

 

You need to disassembly the system and find the part number

Look for an HP part number and also for an LG or Samsung part number

HP number might be something like 903366-001

LG or Samsung might look like this

I am just guessing

and put in your serial number and see if a better parts list shows up

I recommend an HDMI cable to a TV set or cheap used monitor.

One can install the free splashtop on the AIO and use a smartphone or tablet to access the AIO.
