I purchased the HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r159a in 2018. The processor is an i5-8400T. Originally, I used it for basic tasks like writing papers, SQL, and C programming. Later, I upgraded it with two Kingston 16x2 DDR4 2666 memory modules, a 1TB Kingston SKC3000S M.2 SSD, and an additional 512GB Kingston KC600 SSD. The system and files from the original setup were successfully migrated.
Question 1: Can this all-in-one system be upgraded to an i9-9900T CPU and successfully powered on?
Question 2: The motherboard has an M.2 WLAN slot. Can I upgrade and use the Intel BE200 WiFi 7 M.2 wireless card in this slot?
I primarily use this system for video editing. Since both the 8th and 9th generation CPUs are in the Coffee Lake series, use the LGA1151 socket, and have the same low power rating of 35W, I’m hopeful this will work.
The motherboard is an HP 8448 (H370 chipset). The BIOS version is F.23, released on 16/11/ 2022. Since I don’t want to replace my computer if possible, I aim to maximize its configuration.
Currently, the system is running Windows 11 24H2 (26120.2213).
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks a lot.

According to the motherboard processor upgrade specs the best processor you can install would be the i7-8700T, so I would say that the i9-9900T would not work.

Wi-Fi: There are no discussions regarding upgrading the Wi-Fi adapter in that PC model series.
The Intel BE200 may possibly work since your PC has an Intel processor and chipset, but you would need to purchase the non-vPro version of the card having this HP part number/SPS number:
Intel BE200 M.2 2230 Wi-Fi 7 + Bluetooth 5.4 non-vPro WW WLAN module HP part # N39883-001
An alternative might be the Intel Wi-Fi 6E card:
Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part # / SPS # M27269-005.
