Hoping someone can help! My 3 year old Pavilion All-In-One desktop (out of warranty) suddenly doesn't have touchscreen capability anymore. It's worked perfectly until the last few weeks...possibly after an update? After running troubleshooting, the computer seems to think it NEVER had touchscreen capability so there's "nothing" to fix. Same exact problem with bluetooth, although that problem has been going on for 6 months, but the computer doesn't recognize that it even has the hardware. Any suggestions?? I'm about to lose my mind between google searches and troubleshooting!

Go into Restore Points. and select a previous date prior to the problem. You can get a list of updates that were issued.  Selecting a previous Restore Point should fix the problem.  The updates can selectively installed to find the culprit.  I know this is tedious, but there is little choice now.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
