all you can do is use software to verify, and open the computer
https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
And use the given (crucial) link, they are rarely wrong!

yes ,correct.

 

is there anyway i can check the bios maybe to really confirm before i jump into getting the RAM beforehand?

it would be a waste if i get the ram and can't use it
