Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 9 month old all-in-one PC wouldn't boot up tonight and kept keeping. After beeping for a minute or so, it would throw an error (image attached) stating "unsupported adaptor installed" which didn't make sense to me since I literally have nothing installed to this PC. So I unplugged the only thing plugged into it besides the power cord, which was the USB for the original HP keyboard and mouse that came with it... Well, wouldn't you know it?! It booted up after that...the unsupported adaptor is for the ORIGINAL HP keyboard and mouse that came packaged with this PC.

How do I resolve this?

And how in the world are the original keyboard and mouse throwing an error? It's not like I'm using some 3rd party hardware here HP.

Since your PC is still in warranty, HP can replace the mouse\USB set at no cost.

It is covered under the factory warranty.

Thank you. Was hoping I could get to the root of what caused this but this also helps

Even USB wireless dongles like the one for your mouse and keyboard fail.

That would be the root of the issue you were seeking.
