For some reason all the ports on my Laptop are not working. I have tried all the steps online but so far nothing is working. Both the USB ports on the left side of the keyboard don't do anything when you plug a USB flash drive into it. the right side of the keyboard has a HDMI port, USB - c port and a SD Card Reader port. The SD Reader doesnt work ether. I have reinstalled windows twice. and ran windows test. the test found nothing wrong.

Here is the driver and software download page for your laptop
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-15-e1000-laptop-pc-series/model/2100028122?sku=234Z8UA
Download and Install the latest version of the AMD Graphics driver. There is a hyperlink below this line That will also install the chipset drivers, which include the usb port drivers..
There are two Media card reader drivers in the Driver - storage section.
Download and try them both. One will work. There is no harm in trying a wrong driver, since it simply will not work and also inform you of that as well.
Realtek media card reader driver
Alcor Micro media card reader
