Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to add some extra internal storage to my HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-2066nd?

I have a mountain of mp3/flac files that I need to covert and rework and ideally I'd like to store them directly on the PC instead of an external hard drive. The current storage is limited and I'd like about another 8-10TB inernal memory if possible.

I have no real clue about this sort of thing and was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to add extra internal memory to this model of desktop? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Of course you must buy a new disk, it can be any HDD or SSD model, the size you want.

Hi @JMT1974

This PC uses the Erica6 motherboard, which has 3 SATA ports for SATA disks. You can use those ports, but you must buy the necessary cables.

Hello resistencia

thanks for getting back to me. Would that also require me buying a new sata disk as well? Is there a specific type/model?
