Product: OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 880-175x
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For my Omen 880-175x computer with 64 GB of ram, am I able to upgrade my video card from RTX 2080 to RTX 4070 or RTX 4070 Super?  My PSU is 750 watts, so I am ok there.  Will both of the new cards fit in my case, and do I need to buy a power cord adapter?  Or since my computer came out in August 2019, will it be better to buy a new computer system?  Thank you

Given its PSU is 750W, it has 2 slots (double slots) for a video card therefore those card should fit.
