Ampliare la RAM sul mio PC Pavillion con SDRAM DDR4-3200 da 8 GB: cosa e come fare?

Ecco il mio PC: 

HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-1038nl PC Caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto | Assistenza clienti...

Ho solo 8Gb di Ram, 1x8Gb di SDRAM DDR4-3200.

Volevo aumentare la RAM ma essendo un neofita mi stanno assalendo mille dubbi che cercherò di sintetizzare

1 - posso farlo in autonomia?

2 - fino a quanto si può espandere? 

3 - come consigliate agire per evitare futuri crash

4 - mi consigliate marche o modelli o tipologie migliori?

BiancaS, having looked into several of these foreign language submissions, it could be that HP's forum websites in non-English speaking countries automatically translates people's responses in their respective foreign languages.  Perhaps HP's tech support ought to take a look at this if such is the case...
