Hi,
for the past year and a half I have been plagued by a crashing issue with my desktop. I’ve tried contacting support before and did the stuff recommended nothing worked. This is a hardware issue. It seems to crash when I run certain games. The games that cause this aren’t intense. If it’s a steam game it always crashes but usually a bit after I close the game. The pc display goes black and the pc fans ramp up and is unresponsive. I cannot use this pc with the issue.
this pc is no longer under warranty. However I contacted support when it was under warranty. I have had this issue since getting the pc. As I said nothing has fixed it. It seems to be a gpu issue possibly. I cannot afford to replace this gpu- and sadly the warranty is expired as said.
(Honestly if this is a defect of any sort would that fall under the warranty? Since this issue arose during the period where I had the warranty?)

hi
Sorry, but no, if the computer is no longer guaranteed, it's too late
Your only chance would be if you live in Europe..

did you mention windows 11?
was it better with windows 10, same thing?
I ask, because there are problems reported several times under windows 11 with certain games
this system cannot be used without a graphics card, so it is impossible to test without!
