Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I’ve been looking into fans but don’t know enough about fans to make a knowledgeable deduction; does anyone have any recommendations for a PCIE x1 mounted fan with a 65W PSU in a slim/compact system?

 i should mention i have a typo in the above post; 180W PSU, not 65
