Product: OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT14-0000i (3V745AV)

After 1 year of use for some reason my desktop startet stuttering every 4-5 seconds of doing anything. it can be watching youtube or listening to spotify. playing games is a nightmare because not only is it the audio but the mouse is stuttering or not moving the way it should do. and there is visual stuttering as well. I feel like i have tried everything but nothing works.... i need some help
