Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Mein Computer hat die Produktnummer P1G34EA#ABH und läuft mit Windows 10 (64 Bit).

Ich bekam ihn als Geschenk ohne WLAN Karte und möchte diese nun nachrüsten. Geht das? Welche kann ich nehmen? Wie baue ich sie ein und registriere sie?

But the easiest if there is at least one free USB port would be to use a USB Wifi dongle, it's easy to install
According to the documentation, some elements must be dismantled to find the location of the wifi module.
