I had researched quickly, it seems that this is a well known program, but we should know so well this
There are different similar programs like this one:
We should already check in the installed programs if there is no software called HP Display Control or close
then if not necessary remove it
the link to download the software is available from the given link, if in doubt, better not to try!
it is also found at HP
