Product: HP BD-RE BU20N
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I may have asked this question before. I have had problems burning DVDs with Nero and I'm told to get the firmware upgraded for the DVD player. I cannot find the firmware for the BD-RE BU20N and would like to get an updated firmware.

I am not a HP employee.

 

It may help if you provide the HP PC product number of the device in which this optical drive is installed.

 

HP may have a firmware update at the Support site for your PC.
