EliteDesk G5 Mini

I bought 2 HP Elitedesk G5 Desktop Mini from a liquidator.

The units are from February 2020 and have a warranty until 2023.

Unfortunately, the device BIOS is locked with an unknown "Administrator Password".

( The previous owner is not willing to help with this. )

Found out that a similar question was raised earlier, but unfortunately I could not add my questions to thread. 😶
( https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Operating-Systems-and-Recovery/Bios-rest-elitedesk-800-G5/m-p/... )

However, I was thinking:

Maybe there's a JTAG connector making it possible to upload new BIOS / Firmware directly? 🤔

(I also have the technical skills to replace the E2 chip if a replacement or the correct data is available, but I know that "HP Secure Boot" probably makes this task impossible. ) 🙄

Maybe HP offers some kind of hands-on support to provide a BIOS -reset? ( I'm willing to pay for this. ) 😉
