Please help me. I need BIOS UPDATE for HP TouchSmart 610(F01) AIO PC
Product number: LA636AV

Serial number: 4CS11200YV

Neither the product number or the serial number you posted shows up in the HP PartSurfer database.

In order to try and find the correct BIOS update, try looking up that info again.

 

Or at least let me know if it is a  HP TouchSmart 610-1000, HP TouchSmart 610-1100 or a  HP TouchSmart 610-1200 and if it has an Intel or AMD processor.
