Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - 550-050qe CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

PC started running very slowly . MS 365 apps are slow to respond . When I start my PC it runs through a C drive fix that takes about 10 mins. Been on with MS support . They have reinstalled Windows, and run programs to fix system. Now the say my BIOS needs updating ( date 2015) . I have run the HP diagnostic and it says BIOS is up-to-date. Any suggestions ?? .
