But can you say more, so that we can try to spread the word ...?
You are using the pc in question, not another one, not modified hp support is up to date etc?
I ask because from the product page (number you gave there is only one update!)

I said to myself maybe with the series, because sometimes several motherboards, but not even
[edit] there are two models of motherboard, and it does not match ..
- HP name: Monza-U
- SSID: 8269
- HP name: Monza-U (Kabylake)
- SSID: 82F3
