The links you posted don't show any specifics.
If you are referring to the microcode update, you may have to depending on what processor you plan on installing, and I wouldn't know which would need it and which wouldn't. Most likely any of the higher numbered quad core processors would.
Here is the list of supported processors for the dc5800: See page 8.

Hey, the processor i want to install is core 2 quad Q9400 (i have an E7200), but i installed a BIOS update released in NOV 27 2015 (the latest update released) and i don't know if i have to install the microcode update or the update that i installed yet is enough. Thank you for your help.

It may be OK.
If you get a microcode error after installing the processor, let me know, and I will walk you through how to update the microcode.
It is somewhat complicated.
You can leave the processor installed and run the microcode update afterward, so no need to be concerned.
