Product: HP Desktop - M01-F0024
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Logged into HP support to see what updates if any that are available at https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-desktop-pc-m01-f0000a/38096274/model/30973231 for my HP M01-F0024, OS windows 10 home.  Searched for a bios update. One dated 02 Dec 2020 and another for 25 Feb 2021. Did download the file sp111387. After two tries, the update failed. Even searched Erica 8643  motherboard site. My knowledge is limited. The present version of bios is F.23. So am wonder why it fails to update. This PC is a new one. I am not having any issues with the system at this time. Any comments would be appreciated.

Hi,

 

The BIOS update you selected is the correct one, (Link to BIOS download). Previous BIOS for your motherboard is F.23 Rev.A.

 

Could be something amiss with the update. Are you running as an Administrator?

 

I would let it be if your PC is working okay.
