Product: HP MP9 G2 Base Model Retail System
We have 406 PC of HP MP9 G2 Retail System. 90% of them are upgraded ok to latest version N21 ver. 02.62.
Most of the devices are upgraded with HPIA-script. A few is solved by HPIA manually and running SP149834.
All systems are remote so I cant see any messages at screen during upgrade. Installation of BIOS seems to be ok, but after restart the old BIOS version still active.
Most of the units are on 02.37, but there are also units at 02.33, 02.44, 02,60, 02.61.
How can I upgrade rest of the devices, or how can I trobleshoot remotly ?
