My HP OMEN 30L GT13-1094 has motherboard SSID 8876 and BIOS F.19.
My AMD TPM firmware version is 3.92.0.5.
TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot both pass, but the Call of Duty Secure Attestation Wizard reports “BIOS Firmware Update Required.”
Activision says AMD TPM version 3.92.0.5 requires updated firmware.
HP Support Assistant says F.19 is the latest BIOS available.
Is there a newer BIOS or AMD fTPM firmware update available for SSID 8876?

Hi @THESWEET98
Thank you for responding
Thank you for providing the detailed system information, including the OMEN 30L GT13-1094 model, product number 399X9AA, motherboard SSID 8876, BIOS version F.19, and AMD TPM firmware version 3.92.0.5.
We understand that Windows Update, Optional Updates, and HP Support Assistant are not offering any newer BIOS or firmware, while the Call of Duty Secure Attestation Wizard is still reporting “BIOS Firmware Update Required.
The firmware update will be published on the website once it becomes available. Please be informed that, as of now, there is no BIOS update available for this unit.
I will take this as valuable feedback and share it with the relevant team for consideration

Hi @THESWEET98
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query.
I understand your concern regarding the Call of Duty Secure Attestation Wizard reporting that a BIOS firmware update is required, even though TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are passing and HP Support Assistant is showing BIOS F.19 as the latest available version.
Check Windows Update
- Press Windows + I to open Settings.
- Select Windows Update from the left-hand menu.
- Click Check for updates.
- Allow Windows to search for available updates.
- If a firmware, BIOS, or HP firmware update is listed, install it and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Restart the computer if prompted and allow the firmware update process to complete.
Check Optional Updates
If no firmware update is shown:
- Go to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options.
- Select Optional updates.
- Expand Driver updates and check whether an HP firmware or BIOS-related update is available.
- Install the applicable update and restart the computer.
Check HP Support Assistant
If the firmware update is not available through Windows Update:
- Open HP Support Assistant.
- Select your HP computer.
- Click Updates or Check for updates and messages.
- Allow HP Support Assistant to check for available driver and firmware updates.
- If a BIOS/firmware update is offered, select it and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Keep the AC adapter connected during the update and do not turn off the computer until the process is completed.
Hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day!

I already checked Windows Update, Optional Updates, and HP Support Assistant. No newer BIOS or firmware is being offered. My system is an OMEN 30L GT13-1094, product 399X9AA, motherboard SSID 8876, currently on BIOS F.19. TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot pass, but the Call of Duty Secure Attestation Wizard reports “BIOS Firmware Update Required.” AMD TPM Manufacturer Version is 3.92.0.5. Can you confirm whether HP has a newer BIOS or AMD fTPM firmware for SSID 8876, or whether one is planned?

Did you not see my last message
HP bulletin HPSBHF04045 lists BIOS F.22 / SP158231 for OMEN 30L GT13-1xxx, SSID 8876, but the official FTP link returns Not Found. What is the current HP download or replacement SoftPaq for F.22?
The link for that comes up as not found meaning the link is broken do you have a replacement or new download
