Repairing HP Pro 3300 SFF. Now running with Windows 10 v1909. Unable to upgrade to v2024 as PC settings not supported yet on this version of Windows 10. Playing a waiting game until resolved.
Microsoft info not forthcoming in providing any detail of what problem area is but suspect that it is either driver or BIOS related.
I've run driver update software (Drive Booster v7 Free Edition) and updated identified drivers, I had run the update check via HP Support Assistant but this did not find any updates, This was expected as PC was originally purchased with Windows 7 installed.
Whilst I could download updates to Windows 7 drivers the one thing not shown nor could I find is a (possible) BIOS update. The PC is running v7.16 and I'm sure there must be a later updated one.
Can anyone confirm and provide a link to where I can download ??
