Can I add a PCIe Bluetooth to my system

Hi:

If you have a free USB port I recommend you purchase a USB bluetooth adapter.

Something like this...

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Plugable-USB-BT4LE-Bluetooth-Energy-Adapter/dp/B009ZIILLI/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?c...

Your PC's motherboard has 3 PCIe x1 slots but I don't know how many of them are occupied.

I don't know of any PCIe x1 cards that are bluetooth only.

You can get one that is a combination wifi/bluetooth adapter that comes with external antenna wires.

Something like this...

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ziyituod-Bluetooth5-0-2974Mbps-Wireless-Bluetooth/dp/B07Z1W8Y16/ref=sr_1_1_...

These type cards come with a USB cable that plugs into the back edge of the card (see the illustration on the model above), and the other end plugs into the internal bluetooth connector on the motherboard.

I see your motherboard's internal USB connection is shown on the very lower right corner of the picture of the motherboard your PC has.

It is the one with 9 pins.
