HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-1150xt CTO
Microsoft Windows 11

Brand New HP desktop keeps crashing BSOD. Don't know what the problem is. It has a new keyboard and mouse (both wireless) but otherwise I have loaded the same programs I've always used in my old windows 10 machine which always worked. Old machine was not upgradeable to windows 11 and was about 10 years old so I thought it was time. The new one has given me problems right out of the box. No one at HP to help! The virtual just doesn't work for me!! For the price, I sure would like for it to work. Any help would be appreciated. I can follow directions......Thanks in advance. PS: Up dates are good, drivers are good. Don't know what else to do!

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Ask a friend who is good with computers to help you.

Follow instructions ...

- Disconnect power cable !

- Reconnect RAM
- Check <all> cable connections
- Reconnect hard drives

- Reconnect graphics card

- Press and hold power <button> for 30 seconds

- Connect power cable and try again ...

 

(2) Please report your results
