Hi, not sure how long this has been the case but when I use my inbuilt SD card reader, invariably at some point my PC suffers a BSOD.
I'm using an SD card adapter with microSD to flash Raspberry PI OSs. I've got multiple microSDs, same issue. This works fine so far using a USB adapter but it's painfully slow. At one point my SD card reader stopped reading anything altogether but I got it back via disk management.
I've had Stop codes of: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT,
SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION - Npfs.SYS failed
Not sure if it's a driver issue? I had to do a full reset after the number of times it happened as my PC had started to suffer slowdown. Reset fixed that, but the SD card issue still remains. I've got all the latest updates, but not sure which drivers would need rolling back/reinstalling if it's that, or if it's a faulty reader. I'm still under warranty, for a short time anyway.. Any ideas? Thanks!
