Hello,
I'd like to add more memory to me HP All-in-One 22-c0010, however, before I purchase the extra memory, I was trying to open the back panel to see how many memory slots I have to work with, but I couldn't get the panel off.
Is there a guide that shows how to do that?
Also, how can I tell if adding memory would even help? I have a 4gb memory now and the all in one is a AMD a4-9125 radeon r3, 4 cores 2c+2g, 2.30 GHz.

Here are the specs on your unit. It has 2 RAM slots. Added RAM will allow programs to load faster. RAM must be matching pairs. Crucial has a kit of DDR 4 -3200 to max out that unit.

@JackBak , welcome to the forum.
You will definitely see a major performance boost from upgrading the memory. The 4 GB of memory is the basic memory that is required to run Windows 10. The maximum memory that the motherboard will support is 16 GB. There are two memory sockets on the motherboard. You will have to replace the current 4 GB if you upgrade to 16 GB.
Here is the Upgrading and Servicing Guide for the computer: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05933340
On Pages 10 thru 12 is a guide to help you open the computer to upgrade the memory. Also, you may find a video online for your model that will help further.
I suggest that you use CPU-Z to find the manufacturer and timings for the current 4 GB of memory: https://download.cnet.com/CPU-Z/3000-2086_4-10050423.html
You will find this information in the tab titled "SPD".
Here is the memory that is recommended by Crucial Memory for your computer: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-22-c0010-all-in-one
If they recommend any of their products they are guaranteed to work. Also, I suggest that you consider upgrading to a M.2, SSD, boot drive. There is a list of three compatible SSD's near the bottom of the page. This upgrade with the addition of the memory will make an unbelievable difference in system performance. I will never have another computer without a SSD boot drive.
If you have questions about any of Crucial's products, you can contact their Tech Support for help. They are very helpful.
