Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to get replacement parts directly from HP for the Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r11?
I have one that I am pretty sure has a bad motherboard but it is about 4 months out of warranty. It was refusing to boot but had the power supply LED on in the back and right when you plugged the power supply in the LED at the power button would blink on once. Pressing the power button wouldn't do anything and I even tested with a different power supply.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, whether it was troubleshooting assistance or help on obtaining the part!
