Hello need help finding a driver for a thunderbolt expension card we have installed on a new set up

here are the hardware IDs:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15E8&SUBSYS_846C103C&REV_06
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15E8&SUBSYS_846C103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15E8&CC_088000

i was able to find an intel page that referenced the device but it says no driver available for that product please help me get this going
