Product: ENVY All-on-One-a1055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Capture.PNGI reinstalled Win10 and now I am getting a device label "Base System Device".  I have attached the hardware id's.  Any suggestions?

That device should be installed by the Intel chipset installation utility...

Would this prevent the sound from working?  I was also having sound issues.
