Your HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF Business PC is fitted with a 250-watt power supply, with p/n: L30417-001 or L28758-001 -please verify.
You got a couple of challenges. Your power supply doesn't have any PCIe power cables, you only got 250 watt to play with ("low power"), the graphics card needs to fit inside your case ("low profile"), and the graphics card needs to be worth your while to spend your hard-earned money on.
l would recommend:
1.) Radeon RX 6400 4GB GDDR6 ($140): https://www.amazon.com/XFX-Speedster-SWFT105-Graphics-RX-64XL4SFG2/dp/B09Y7358KJ/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2KR....
2.) Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5 ($160): https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GeForce-Graphics-Windforce-Gv-N1650OC-4GL/dp/B081L3PSGK/ref=sr_1_5?c....
3.)
