Product: HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF

Hi,

I am looking for the best upgrade for the HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF.

The motherboard is HP 1495, Intel Q67 Express Chipset.

I wonder what is the best CPU, GPU, SSD and what is the best and highest RAM option for this system?

Also, could anyone provide me with details about BIOS versions if I need an update?

the best upgrade will be a HP z240 minitower (skip the sff model)

 

no, seriously by the time you upgrade the ram/cpu/video card/SSD you will be more than three quarters of the price of a z240 minitower that will come with faster ram/CPU/Storage options than the 8300 elite sff

 

or just buy a bare bones z240 minitower
