Hello Community

I have got a HP Elite 7500 MT and wanted to make a BIOS Update. Directly after Winflash had erased the BIOS, my mashine crashed with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
When rebooting it only gave 8 long beeps with a blinking power button in orange. Nothing on the screen, no reaction to any mouse or keyboard input.

I already tried the solutions from the whitepaper DB with WIN+B and WIN+V but none of them worked. I could not try the solution with the 4-in-1- USB key (3-in-1) yet because I do not have the BIN files for my board and don#t know where to find it.

Some solutions state, that it is possible with the setup routine of th BIOS Update, to create a bootable USB disk but that is not true. This option is missing. (sp70266 and sp60946)

Additional information:

ROM Family SSID: 2AD5 ver. 1.03
UEFI Partition existing, HP Supportpartition existing,
OS: Windows 10 64Bit
Grafikkarte: Geforce G100

Is there any way to repair the BIOS?

Thank you in advance

Hallo

some later systems have a bios recovery option that is stored in a non writable portion of the bios and is envoked using  specific keyboard keys during power on.  If your model computer has such a bios, then recovery might be possible. read the link below

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04126730

if your computer does not have this option, then the only recourse is a new motherboard or manually removing the existing bios chip and burning in a working bios using programer, and then resoldering it back to the board

ebay has motherboard bios programers (and chips) along with the nessary cables for under 30 US dollars

I have already tried that but while there is nothing on the screen and it does not respond on any keyboard inputs this didn#t work

so,..?? why are you telling me this? i plainly posted what the next step was if the HP bios recovery application  did not work.
