Hello , so i have find out that i have Bios from year 2010. And when i was trying to update it i couldn't its Msi IONA or MS-7613
motherboard .. And when i manage to get to software updates and scanned my pc it says there is no driver available to update. So how can i update my BIOS it would help me a lot

If it is this motherboard:

It is found in other series of hp, for example here:

It may be the same, and there is this update:
maybe this is the version already installed
