Blinking Orange Light, Beeping, and Blank screen

Hey guys, 

Im having trouble with my desktop that i got used a couple of years ago, it worked perfectly fine for the majority of the time I had it. After I went on vacation for a month I came back to turn on my PC and was greeted by a Blinking orange light near the power button and beeping sound. I don’t know what to do. The screen also is unresponsive, the fans inside the PC turn on as well. My mouse and keyboard don’t seem to do anything. I’ll try to add some pictures if i can

try replacing the cmos battery  (round silver thing at corner of motherboard)
