hello, i need help with this issue i have been having, recently i bought a new bluetooth dongle since my computer does not support bluetooth as its the only computer i have for now, i bought an CSR Bluetooth 5.0 Dongle, and i plugged it into an USB 3.0 Port, which then windows prompts me with the device not recognized issue.
i have tried multiple things, such as turning off fast startup, uninstalling the device and rebooting, enabling and disabling, uninstalling other usb devices, checking system file errors, changing it from the port to USB 2.0, but nothing worked at all and im at loss here, i have installed multiple bluetooth drivers from intel and hp aswell as the CSR manufacturers, hoping that one of them fixes it, but sadly, to not avail, nothing worked.
and this dongle was a new one, i don't think it would be a hardware issue.
could someone help me out with this if possible? do i need to maybe reinstall windows or something???

Sounds like it is a plug-n-pray device. Please ask the vendor to have a driver for ịt
Regards.
