bluetooth  (on/off button) is missing i have done most videos or commends- the only thing i can see is that in Device Manager Bluetooth is not connected and it is in the hidden section saying ( Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.)  

i have update, the extra update, troubleshoot to many times to count, mess with with so much)

i don't know how to fix it

Enable the Bluetooth adapter in Device Manager and install the latest motherboard chipset driver.
