Not sure if this is the right group? Not sure why it disappeared, my Bluetooth isn't working and had stopped. I just noticed when I tried to use it.  I have the yellow warning triangle and it shows the message below. I tried to delete it and when it is added back it is the same thing. I have to click show hidden devices?

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. The signing certificate for this file has been revoked.

Appreciate any Help, Bruce

Hi, this is what I have in device manager, not matter if I uninstall and restart. For some reason it always shows hidden. I also have windows 10. I have tried to find the driver, but HP tells me the computer is retired. Though it works good for retired. I was looking at a new one. Though I am not overly impressed with the selections. I have attached a picture of DM. Thanks BruceScreenshot (43).png

Hi @brucefl,

I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much.

Were you able to update the BIOS on your PC?

Please follow the below steps to further troubleshoot.

Uninstall the bluetooth drivers completely from device manager and restart the device.

Please install all the pending updates for the Windows operating system following the below steps.

go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it.

Check if the drivers are back in device manager without any error and let me know if that resolves the issue.
