Hp all in one 22-c0xx

I have an Hp all in one desktop and it is super slow and freezes too much. I got it nearly 1 year ago and have had these issues since i bought it. It wan not until recently when someone told me i could upgrade the RAM in it that i became interested in trying to fix the issue. Not only that i purchase a laptop to replace it cause i need it for school and that laptop does the kind of the same thing so i wanted to try and get it a boost as well. How could i be able to do this specifically to my computer???
